During operation, raw material enters through the kiln tail discharge pipe. The inclined, rotating cylinder creates a compound movement - rolling circumferentially while moving axially from high to low temperature zones. Fuel combustion at the kiln head generates heat for material calcination, with the resulting clinker exiting through the kiln bottom into the cooler system.
