Cement Rotary Kiln Classification
- Wet Cement Kilns: Used in wet production where raw materials are prepared as slurry (32-40% water content). Offers superior raw material mixing and consistent clinker quality.
- Dry Cement Kilns: Processes raw materials as dry powder (<1% moisture). While more energy efficient, requires more precise control of raw material mixing for consistent quality.
