Product Overview
The pelletizing rotary kiln with built-in refractory high alumina bricks is a primary equipment in metallurgical pelletizing projects. Designed to work in conjunction with chain grates and ring coolers, it solidifies particles discharged at 850°C while performing high-temperature baking operations.

Working Principle
The pellet roasting process occurs within the rotary kiln. Preheated pellets enter through the feed chute, rolling along the kiln's periphery while moving axially toward the kiln head. A specialized natural gas burner adjusts flame length and temperature, while 1100°C gas from the ring cooler provides supplementary heat.
Particles undergo heat radiation while rolling, achieving uniform baking at 1250-1300°C for 25-35 minutes.
